    The best time to visit Thailand is from November to April, with the exception of Koh Samui, which is best visited from July to September. Overall the climate is very humid, apart from in the north, where it will be cold at night during the cool season.
  • Currency
    Thai Baht.
  • Health
    Precautions must be taken to avoid the risk of contracting Typhoid, Poliomyelitis, Malaria, Hepatitis A and Tetanus. Check with GP for advice and any necessary vaccinations and advice on malaria protection. Yellow fever certificate required if travelling from an infected country. Hepatitis B and Japanese encephalitis are also health risks.
